• Recurrence: In addition to standard recurrence for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly meetings, ad-hoc recurrence is available for meetings that take place multiple times in a non-standard pattern

• Resource Scheduler for Microsoft® Outlook®/Exchange®: Eliminates double- bookings by enabling users to schedule people and resources in real-time within the familiar Outlook environment, thus ensuring that the right equipment and room is reserved for the right people at the right time.
• Catering: Allows customers to schedule food services along with their functions. Users can view and order meals, snacks, and beverages, and keep track of orders from entry to delivery to invoice.
• Directory Services Integration: Enables customers to validate user accounts against an Active Directory or LDAP server, or via NTLM (NT Lan Manager) so user accounts do not need to be created in Resource Scheduler.
• Web Requests: Provides internal and external people with the capability to request resources without a Resource Scheduler login. Administrators can check available resources and either assign a resource or deny the request
