We charge for use of the product on a subscription or usage basis, and make a clear distinction between pricing for high-usage and casual users.

A typical ProcessCube implementation has the following fee components:

SERVICE CONFIGURATION FEE
A one-off fee, only fully payable on acceptance of the working solution.

CORE USER SUBSCRIPTION
A monthly or quarterly charge based on the number of people who use ProcessCube heavily to manage or deliver services.

OCCASIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTION
A monthly or quarterly charge for occasional users. This category distinguishes between a core user and someone who accesses ProcessCube on an ad-hoc basis.

USAGE-BASED FEE:
Variable usage-based fees can be negotiated for the management of processes that are highly seasonal or where volumes are erratic. This mechanism allows effective matching of payments with usage.
