MEETING MAKER, INC. ADDS NEW ENTERPRISE FEATURES TO WEB-BASED RESOURCE SCHEDULING TOOL

Resource Scheduler version 7.1 is now available

WALTHAM, MA, July 30, 2004 -- Meeting Maker, Inc., a leader in collaborative time-management software solutions, today released Resource Scheduler version 7.1, a Web-based tool that helps organizations and institutions of any size in any industry effectively manage, utilize and schedule shared resources. Resource Scheduler offers customers a dramatic return on investment by addressing the major inefficiencies that can occur when scheduling resources across an enterprise.

Resource Scheduler version 7.1, available as the core Web-based product or integrated with Outlook/Exchange, includes functionality that helps large enterprises gain more visibility and control over their resources. Resource hierarchy has been expanded from three to five levels to accommodate multiple layers within an organization. The levels can be set up to mirror an organization's physical setup and each location can have from one to five levels, such as New York, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Floor, Conference Rooms, Manhattan Room. An additional two levels can be set up and individually selected to view only those resources within a particular high-level location, such as a country or region, to accommodate the most complex and largest setups. For example, an organization with offices around the world could set up a separate resource navigational structure that pertains to each region, such as U.S., Europe, Middle East and Asia.

"We look to partner with companies that can add significant value to the services we provide our customers", said David Sherwood, vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle, the world's leading real estate services and investment management firm. "Meeting Maker, Inc. has taken resource management to the next level with these enterprise features that solve the problems associated with managing hundreds or thousands of resources such as conference rooms, A/V equipment, and other corporate assets across a global organization. With Meeting Maker's Resource Scheduler, we can help our customers save money and generate more time to focus on their core business by utilizing their resources more effectively."

"Meeting Maker, Inc.'s Resource Scheduler helps organizations of all sizes to manage their resources effectively and efficiently, resulting in a strong ROI," said Jeffrey Roof, director of product management for Meeting Maker, Inc. "In today's economic climate, large-scale organizations are constantly looking for ways to get the most value out of their resources. With Resource Scheduler version 7.1, we can now provide these organizations with the added functionality that will further enhance the organization and management of all of their shared resources, regardless of the number of locations or levels of hierarchy."

Resource Scheduler, offered in English, French and German, is available in three editions: Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. Standard, the ideal resource scheduling solution for a department or group of individuals, starts at $485. Professional, perfect for managing shared resources across a small to medium organization or workgroup, starts at $2,895.
