Acquisition Expands Meeting Maker, Inc.'s Existing Suite of Time-Management
Solutions to Include Event Scheduling
WALTHAM, MA, May 3, 2004 - Meeting Maker, Inc., a leader in collaborative
time-management software solutions, today announced the acquisition of WebEvent,
Inc., a provider of Web-based event calendaring solutions. This strategic acquisition
strengthens Meeting Maker, Inc.'s position as the leader in collaborative time-management
and broadens its suite of Web-based collaborative calendaring/scheduling solutions.
Established in 1997 and with more than 3,000 customers worldwide, WebEvent
offers dynamic calendaring systems for better communication, collaboration and
community building for small, medium, and large organizations. With this acquisition,
Meeting Maker, Inc.'s customer base has grown to over 5,000 worldwide.

focus is to work on integrating the products and knowledgebase of the two companies
and to ensure a seamless transition for WebEvent customers.
